MCB Bank Limited, a leading financial institution in Pakistan, invites sealed bids for the procurement of fortified packed flour and related food commodities under restricted tender process. The procurement is issued under Reference Number 10-C/29-06-2026 with an estimated value and scope covering supply and delivery of flour to be used in the bank's operations and welfare initiatives across Sindh province. This tender is open to pre-qualified suppliers meeting the bank's stringent quality and compliance standards. The goods must conform to Pakistani Standards Institution specifications and include items such as fortified wheat flour (Basement-03), cooking oil, ghee, spices, pulses, and other food materials as detailed in the tender schedule.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and hold valid tax registration certificates. Suppliers should possess relevant experience in food commodity supply and maintain quality certifications as per national food safety standards. A bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the quoted amount is required from all participating bidders, which may be submitted in the form of cash, bank guarantee, or postal order in favor of MCB Bank Limited. Non-submission of required bid security will result in automatic rejection of the bid.
