Patients' Aid Foundation (PAF-JPMC) at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre, Karachi, Sindh invites tender bids for supply, installation and commissioning of medical equipment including oncology equipment, radiotherapy equipment, cybernife and tomotherapy systems during the financial year 2025-2026. The procurement is open to national and international manufacturers and distributors meeting specified technical, financial and managerial capabilities. Five separate tender lots are being offered with estimated costs ranging from Rs. 1.300 to Rs. 3.000 million: DXRAY, ULTRASOUND, CTSCAN, MRITCT and MRI equipment; computers, laptops and tablets; scanners and printers; mobile clinic van with IPC connector; and suction motors, each with closing date of 30 July 2026.
Eligible bidders must possess established credentials, necessary technical expertise, financial stability and management capabilities to qualify for participation. Bid documents are available from the office of the Chairman Technical Committee, Radiation Oncology PAF-JPMC at Cybernetics and Tomotherapy Building, Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre, Rafigi Shaheed Road, Karachi, Pakistan 74800, during office hours 09:00 am to 05:00 pm. Single stage, two envelope bidding procedure will be followed with separate technical and financial proposals. Original bid security in the form of Pay Order or Cheque-Crossed Draft payable to Patients Aid Foundation must accompany each bid. Bidders must submit written applications for tender documents along with copies of CNIC, NTN and GST certificates. The financial proposal shall be sealed and marked separately. Bid opening will occur on 31 July 2026 at 11:30 am in the Radiation Oncology Cybernetics and Tomotherapy building in Karachi. Incomplete bids and bids submitted after the closing date and time will not be considered.
