Description / Scope of Work
The Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, located in Rawalpindi, Punjab, invites sealed bids for four procurement categories under PPRA rules 2014 (amended). The tender FY 2026-27 covers purchase of IT equipment for RIC Rawalpindi and NSCC Samli Murree; repair of IT equipment for RIC Rawalpindi and NSCC Samli Murree; integrated smart surveillance and access control system with services for RIC Rawalpindi; and procurement of generator and vehicles for RIC Rawalpindi and NSCC Samli Murree. All four items share the same submission deadline of Monday, 20 July 2026 at 10:00 AM and opening date of the same day at 10:30 AM on EPAD (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System). Bidders must be registered with relevant tax departments of the Government of Pakistan.
Eligibility requirements stipulate that bidders must possess current tax registration with the Government of Pakistan. A two-envelope single stage bidding procedure will be followed. Bidders are required to submit fresh CDR or bank guarantee at 2% of estimated price as bid security in the name of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology. The original bid security must be submitted physically to the designated address before the closing time and date. The institute will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in preparation, delivery, or electronic submission of bids.
Bidding documents containing complete terms, conditions, and quantities are available free of cost from the websites of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, www.ric.gov.pk, and https://panlab.procurecc.gov.pk. All bidding will be conducted electronically via EPADS according to the schedule mentioned above. The response time will be calculated exclusively from the publication date on the PPRA website. If the opening date falls on a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will be deemed the new submission and opening date, with time and venue remaining unchanged.
