Description / Scope of Work
The Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, located in Rawalpindi, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the supply of general store items, cost of other stores, stationery, computer stationery, bedding, clothing, uniforms, printing, furniture, and X-ray films for RIC Rawalpindi and NSCC Samii Murree under PPRA rules 2014 (amended). This tender comprises four distinct categories of procurement (S# 01 to 04) addressing operational and administrative supplies for the cardiology institute and its satellite facility. The bidder must possess valid registration with relevant tax departments of the Government of Pakistan. The tender documents contain detailed terms, conditions, and quantities for each category of procurement.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the appropriate tax authorities. A bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated price must be submitted as a fresh CDR or Bank Guarantee in the name of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, Rawal Road Rawalpindi. The original bid security must be submitted to the address mentioned before the closing time and date of tender. RIC Rawalpindi will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in the preparation, delivery, or electronic submission of bids.
Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents containing complete terms, conditions, and quantities free of cost from the websites of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, www.ric.gov.pk) and https://punjab.eprocurcy.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS (E-Pak Acquisitions and Disposal System) in a single stage two envelope procedure. Tender opening is scheduled for Thursday, 16-07-2026 at 10:30 AM at the same venue. The response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
