Description / Scope of Work
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC), Real Estate Division invites bids for the provision of comprehensive security services across multiple properties located in Karachi, Sindh. The scope of work covers security management for State Life Building Numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, and 12, along with residential units at 70-A, 49-A, 1-B Lalazar, 1-A Framerose, Bath Island, 106 Clifton, FTC Plot, Sandspit Hut, KEZ, and Malir Land. This is a non-consultancy services procurement conducted on a national basis using a single stage two envelope bidding process. The tender is issued by the Assistant Manager at SLIC's Ground Floor office located at State Life Building No. 9, Dr. Zia-ud-Din Ahmed Road, in Karachi's Saddar Sub-Division.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria and possess relevant security service licenses and certifications as outlined in the bid data sheet.
