Description / Scope of Work
Ignite National Technology Fund, incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 by the Ministry of IT & Telecom, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids from well-reputed companies for the supply of stationery and miscellaneous items. The procuring agency, headquartered in Islamabad at the Telecom Foundation Complex in the Mauve Area, seeks to procure these essential office supplies as detailed in the terms of reference. The tender is open to registered suppliers and will be conducted through an open, competitive, and transparent bidding process in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Ordinance 2002 and associated rules and guidelines.
Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for both Income Tax and Sales Tax purposes to be eligible for participation. A bid security of PKR 50,000 in the form of a Crossed Demand Draft, Pay Order, or CDR made payable to Ignite National Fund is mandatory and must be valid for 180 days. The bid security scanned copy must be uploaded on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) with the original submitted to the procuring agency before the closing time. Bidders are required to communicate exclusively through e-PADS for any clarifications, with alternative contact attempts potentially resulting in disqualification.
Proposals must be attached and uploaded on e-PADS by July 16th, 2026 at 12:00 pm PST, with opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 pm PST in the presence of interested applicants. This is a single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure as per Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
