Description / Scope of Work
SUI Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites sealed bids for the supply of flow computers complete with accessories under tender enquiry reference SNT-2294/25. This procurement is for equipment required to support the company's gas pipeline operations across Pakistan, with delivery expected at the company's facility in Lahore. The tender covers complete flow computer systems including all necessary accessories and is being conducted on a single stage two envelope basis to ensure competitive and transparent procurement processes.
Bidders must be qualified suppliers or manufacturers capable of providing equipment meeting specified technical standards and performance requirements. Bids must be accompanied by an original bid bond as per the prescribed specimen in Annexure-II, placed within the financial proposal envelope. Foreign suppliers and their local agents as well as local manufacturers and suppliers are equally eligible to participate. Bid security and technical compliance are mandatory requirements, and all bids must remain valid for a period of ninety days from the closing date of the tender.
Bid documents are available from SUI Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, Gas House, 1st Floor, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan. Sealed bids comprising separate technical and financial proposals must be submitted to the General Manager (Procurement) at the above address by 16th October 2025 at 1530 hours. Bids will be opened publicly on the same date at 1600 hours.
