Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the supply of one online gas chromatograph complete with accessories under Tender Enquiry No. SNT-2295/25. This procurement is for laboratory and analytical equipment essential for gas quality monitoring and analysis. The tender is issued by the General Manager (Procurement) at SNGPL headquarters located at 1st Floor, Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan. The scope includes the complete chromatograph system with all necessary accessories and components as detailed in the technical specifications (Appendix-F). Bidders must meet all eligibility requirements and demonstrate technical capability to supply equipment conforming to international standards.
Bids must be submitted in a single stage two-envelope system containing separately marked Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal envelopes. Both local manufacturers/suppliers and foreign suppliers through local agents are invited to participate. The technical proposal shall include technical literature, detailed questionnaire responses, clause-by-clause commentary on specifications, quantity offered, and copies of bid bonds. Delivery must be strictly adhered to as per the delivery schedule (Appendix-E), with earlier delivery also acceptable. The offer must remain valid for ninety days from the closing date of the tender. A bid bond in original form must be placed in the financial proposal envelope as stipulated in Instructions to Bidders (Annexure-II).
Bids must be received at the office of General Manager (Procurement), Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, 1st Floor, Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore on or before 16-10-2025 by 1530 hours and will be publicly opened on the same date at 1600 hours. The envelope shall be marked CONFIDENTIAL with the tender reference number SNT-2295/25. Bidders are required to submit complete bid documents including Authority Letter (Annexure-I), Certificate of Full Disclosure and Non-Collusion (Annexure-VI), and all other specified annexures.
