Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, a major gas utility operating in Pakistan, invites bids for the supply of cold applied visco elastic corrosion protection tape (inner wrap) and cold applied mechanical protection tape (outer wrap). This tender enquiry, referenced as SND-2620/26, is issued from the organisation's headquarters at Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan. The procurement covers protective tape materials essential for pipeline protection and corrosion prevention. Delivery is required at Base Stores Manga (D) on a free delivery basis in Pakistani Rupees for firms making offers on DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded) terms.
Bidding is conducted on a single stage two envelope system. Interested bidders must submit technical proposals containing technical literature, completed questionnaire (Appendix-D), clause-by-clause commentary on technical specifications (Appendix-F), quantity offered, copy of bid bond as per specimen in Annexure-II, and delivery period. Financial proposals should include the completed price schedule, original bid bond in accordance with clause 17 of Instructions to Bidders, and copies of sales tax and income tax registration certificates where applicable. Bidders must provide evidence of compliance with technical specifications and tender conditions. The offer must remain valid for 90 days from the tender closing date.
Bid documents are available in the tender enquiry package and must be submitted to the General Manager (Procurement), Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, 1st Floor, Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan, on or before 03 August 2026 by 1430 hours. Bids will be publicly opened on the same date at 1500 hours. Technical proposals will be evaluated first without reference to price; only financially acceptable bidders with approved technical proposals will have their financial proposals opened.
