Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Takht-e-Nasrati, under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites tenders for the fabrication of solid waste machinery through a Single Stage Two Envelope procurement method in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. The project includes supply and fabrication of three items: one Front-end loader and Back Hoe unit, two 1 to 1.5M3 Mini Tippers, and two Tractor Trolleys, all to be fabricated as per detailed specifications provided in the bid documents. The chassis for the work shall be supplied by the TMA. This procurement is funded by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and is open to well-reputed manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, and firms based in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with valid and renewed PEC Registration and 3S facility (Sale, Service and Spare parts).
Eligible bidders must be duly registered on the EPAD portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration and hold current NTN, GST, valid PEC Registration, and 3S facility certifications in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. A bid security of two percent of the total bid price in the form of CDR payable to TMO TMA Takht-e-Nasrati must be submitted in a sealed envelope via registered courier. All applicable taxes including Sales tax, Income tax, and KPPRA taxes shall be borne by the bidder, with FBR registration or Tax Payer certification required for component supply. Bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 09-07-2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bids to be opened the same day at 02:00 PM. All rates must be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder shall provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional, late, or hand-submitted bids shall not be entertained. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with KPPRA Rules.
