Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Abbottabad, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites bids through the EPADS system for the construction of drinking water supply schemes and sanitation schemes in the northern district of Khyber Pakhtun Khwa under Annual Development Programme (ADP) number 171/251120 for the fiscal year 2025-26. The primary work package includes WSS Drair UC Pattan Kalan with an estimated cost of 3,330,000 Pakistani rupees. This procurement is being undertaken to improve water supply infrastructure and sanitation facilities across the region, serving communities in the northern areas of the province.
Bidders must be registered with i-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), hold valid registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA), and possess current certification from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant code category CE-09. Additionally, bidders must demonstrate valid KPRA revenue authority status and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) registration or certificates. Bid security of 2 percent of the tender cost plus stamp duty is mandatory, and a separate bid entry fee of 0.03 percent of the tender cost must be submitted as a non-refundable deposit.
Bidding documents and Bill of Quantities are available for download from the official EPADS website (kp.eprocure.gov.pk). All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS before the deadline of 09-07-2026 at 12:00 noon, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives. Bidders should include affidavits on stamp papers regarding machinery ownership and verification certificates from the SDO, along with all required CNIC, PEC, KPRA, and FBR documentation.
