The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Peshawar invites sealed bids for the acquisition and disposal of a comprehensive E-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition Disposal System) through an open competitive bidding process. This tender concerns the complete set of bid-related documentation required for download from E-PADS portal. The procurement is issued under reference HFB not Admin-02.2026 with a procurement security value starting at 15-07.2026 with opening date 11-30 am. The tender value and procuring agency details are specified in the bid solicitation documents available through the EADS portal system. Only those bidders who are duly registered on the EADS system shall be eligible to participate in this bidding process. All bids, along with the required supporting documents, shall be submitted electronically through the E-PADS system in accordance with instructions contained in the bid solicitation documents. The tender was announced for the tender notice dated 15-07.2026 with submission deadline at 11-30 am as per the official schedule. Bid opening ceremony shall be conducted electronically through the E-PADS portal immediately following the closing time. The Board requires that all bidders possess valid business registration and shall provide tender documents in accordance with KPRA rules. Bid security, either in the form of a bank guarantee or pledge instruments, must accompany each proposal.
