Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General Small Dams, Irrigation Department of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids for the construction of Sumari Payan Dam in District Kohat under ADP Project No. 2089/250193 (2025-26). This major infrastructure development project is valued at Rs. 2,667.433 million and represents a significant investment in water resource management and irrigation infrastructure for the Kohat region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The project scope includes complete construction of the dam facility as detailed in the technical specifications and bid drawings provided in the bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must be registered contractors with relevant experience in dam construction and civil engineering works. Bidders are required to submit a bid security as specified in the bidding documents and must comply with all eligibility criteria outlined in the Instructions to Bidders section. All participating contractors must possess valid contractor licenses and demonstrate financial capability to execute works of this magnitude. The bidding process is open to qualified domestic and international contractors meeting the prescribed qualifications and experience requirements.
