Pak-Austria Fachhochschule Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology (PAF-IAST) located in Mang, Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed electronic bids for the supply of electronics and electrical consumables required for the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department laboratories. The tender covers a single lot of consumable items with specifications detailed in the bid documents. Interested suppliers must submit their bids exclusively through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and are required to possess valid registration with FBR and KPPRA, along with manufacturer's status or authorized distributor/dealer status from the principal manufacturer. Bidders must demonstrate sufficient financial, technical, and human resources to complete the supply within the prescribed timeframe upon contract finalization.
Eligibility requirements mandate that all bidders be registered and duly recognized in Pakistan with appropriate tax and procurement authority registrations. Bid security in the form of a CDR equivalent to 2 percent of the bid value must be submitted to the Procurement Office at Pak Austria Fachhochschule, Khanpur Road, Mang, Haripur along with a tender fee of Rs 1000 before the online submission deadline. Failure to submit earnest money and tender fee will result in bid rejection. All bids must comply with KPPRA Rule 6(2)a Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure requirements.
Bid documents are available for free download from the university website at http://www.paf-iast.edu.pk and from the KPPRA EPADS portal at www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted on or before Tuesday 14 July 2026 at 11:00 AM through EPADS only; manual submissions are not accepted. Bid opening will occur on Tuesday 14 July 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee and participating bidders.
