Medicines, Surgical Disposables and Medical Equipment Supply by THQ Hospital Shabqadar

Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Shabqadar Charsadda, under the Health Department of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids through single stage single envelope bidding procedure for the supply of medicines, surgical disposables, medical equipment, and related items for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement encompasses general medicines, emergency medicines, zakat medicines, specialized medicines, and operation theatre medicines; surgical disposables including syringes, cannulas, surgical sutures, gloves, dressing materials, catheters, and NG tubes; lab reagents for hematology, biochemistry, and serology; medical equipment for patient monitoring, diagnostics, and operation theatre use; medical gas oxygen, dental chemicals, washing items, bedding and clothing, stationery, machinery and equipment repairs, furniture repairs, and printing items. The total estimated contract demand ranges is Rs. 1,000,000 across fifteen procurement categories. This procurement is applicable to vendors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax departments, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority where applicable.
