Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General Health Services, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of various equipment, items, supplies and furniture for Schools of Midwifery (SOM) across Punjab on a framework contract basis. This is Phase-II of the tender referenced NHSP/(PROC)PfR/04-02/2026, issued by the Health & Population Department. The procurement encompasses multiple categories of goods and fixtures required for the establishment and equipping of midwifery educational institutions throughout Punjab province. The scope of supply includes technical equipment, educational furniture, and related supplies as detailed in the technical specifications and schedule of requirements sections of the bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant regulatory bodies and hold valid business licenses. Bidders should demonstrate experience in supplying similar goods and possess adequate financial capacity. Bid security is required as specified in the bid data sheet and must be submitted in the form of a bank guarantee or similar instrument. Only goods conforming to the technical specifications outlined in Section-III of the bidding documents will be considered acceptable. Bidders must provide all documentary evidence of eligibility, manufacturing capacity, and product quality as required.
Bidders can obtain complete bidding documents from the Directorate General Health Services office. Technical bids and financial bids must be submitted separately and sealed as per instructions. The bid opening will be conducted as per the date and venue specified in the bid data sheet. Clarifications on bidding documents may be requested in writing prior to the deadline.
