Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Institute of Management and Professional Development (PIMPD), an attached department of the Management and Professional Development Department, Government of Punjab, invites electronic bids on a lot-wise basis for a framework contract to supply food items and other consumables and store items. The tender is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers vegetables, fruits, chicken, meat, fish, pulses, spices, bakery and other items with a bid security of Rs. 1,300,000; Lot 2 encompasses other consumable and store items with a bid security of Rs. 300,000. Bidders must be engaged in trading and registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. The institute is located in Lahore at J-Street, Upper Mall Scheme, Punjab.
Eligible bidders are firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order service providers with proper registration and tax compliance. Each e-bid must be accompanied by the specified bid security amount in the form of a CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order made payable to the Deputy Director (Admin.), PIMPD. Bids shall be received as per the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Original bid security instruments must be submitted in a clearly marked envelope at the Office of Deputy Director (Admin.), PIMPD before the submission deadline.
Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. E-bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement System (EPADS) portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk up until 14th July 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 12:30 PM at the Office of Chairman, Procurement Committee, PIMPD, J-Street, Upper Mall Scheme, Lahore. Late bids will be rejected.
