Description / Scope of Work
The Health and Population Department, Government of the Punjab invites sealed bids for the bulk purchase of defibrillator and resuscitation trolley with accessories for the Trauma Center at THQ Hospital Daska. This tender is issued under reference 02/2026 for the financial year 2026-27, with an estimated cost of 2.7 million PKR and a project scope covering the supply and delivery of life-saving medical equipment to support trauma care services in Daska. The procurement follows open competitive bidding procedures under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended.
Eligible bidders must be reputable and financially sound firms, agencies, or suppliers having active income and sales in institutional business, including general stores, distributors, or authorized dealers capable of executing bulk supply contracts. All bidders must not be blacklisted by the Public Procuring Regulatory Authority (PPRA) or THQ Hospital Daska and must submit an undertaking to this effect with their bid. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 54,000) is required, to be submitted in the form of CDR, pay order, demand draft, or scheduled bank guarantee.
Bidding documents are available electronically through the E-Pads system and can be obtained from the websites www.punjab.e-procure.gov.pk, www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, and thqdaska.punjab.gov.pk for information purposes. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-Pads before the closing date of 17 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM at the Office of the Procurement Officer, THQ Hospital Daska.
