The University of Agriculture, Faisalabad invites competitive sealed bids for the supply of moringa seeds and plant material under tender reference IPL No. 6440. This procurement is for the Department of Horticulture and aims to support agricultural research and development in Punjab. The total estimated value of the procurement is approximately PKR 12,735 (gram weight 318.375) for moringa seeds, with additional requirements including 2620 grams at PKR 65.5, 6210 grams at PKR 155.25, 1305 grams at additional specifications, and 260 grams at PKR 32.625 with delivery requirements of 6.5 kilograms. The project deadline is 14 March 2026 with July 2026 completion required. The supply must be delivered to Faisalabad, Punjab in accordance with university standards and agricultural specifications.
Bidders must possess valid business registration, tax clearance certificates (NTN), and relevant experience in supplying agricultural seeds and horticultural materials. A bid security of PKR 100,000 is required at submission, with an additional performance security of PKR 500 required for the successful bidder within account number 11-9. Bidders must comply with BNBP UAF guidelines and submit all required documentation including certificates of origin, quality assurance certifications, and phytosanitary certificates where applicable. Both filer and non-filer entities are eligible to submit bids provided they meet all technical and financial requirements.
Bid documents are available upon request from the university office and must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender reference. The opening of bids will occur on 27 July 2026 at the university premises.
