For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
DHA Karachi is auctioning surplus or retired vehicles through open competitive bidding on 14 September 2026.
The auction scale appears modest—vehicles are sold individually as-is with no warranty implied. Entry fee of Rs 5,000 and 25 percent same-day deposit requirement indicate accessibility for individual buyers and dealers. Inspection window (10–11 September) is tight; bidders must act quickly to evaluate lots. This is a one-off transaction rather than a recurring contract, typical for disposal of departmental assets.
Who can bid: The notice does not explicitly state eligibility criteria. Typically, vehicle auctions in Pakistan are open to Pakistani nationals and registered businesses. Bidders typically require valid CNIC or business registration. Foreign entities may need prior approval. Specific PEC or sectoral registration does not appear applicable to this auction format.
