Description / Scope of Work
The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites bids for the construction of U-turn and footpath on roads near F-Block along with improvement of open and parking areas in Lahore, Punjab. This comprehensive civil works project is estimated at PKR 74,824,722 with a total cost of PKR 78,565,958 including 5% PST and an earnest money requirement of PKR 3,928,298. The project duration is four months and encompasses earthwork excavation, clearing and grubbing, PCC dismantling, soil compaction, base course preparation, cement concrete work, Tuff paver laying, edge kerb stone installation, sand cushion provision, gully grating chamber construction, traffic lane marking, kerb stone painting, electric street light poles installation with solar panels, weather shield painting, sitting benches, RPC manhole covers, paver refixing, signage provision, horticulture works, foundation excavation, plain cement concrete, brick work, and embankment construction with specified AASHTO dry density standards.
Bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and possess necessary licenses and experience in similar construction projects. Bid security equivalent to earnest money must be submitted with the tender application. All bidders are required to comply with LDA specifications and standards as detailed in the bid schedule.
Bid documents can be obtained from the LDA office during working hours. Sealed bids must be submitted by the closing date and time specified by LDA.
