Description / Scope of Work
The Lahore Development Authority invites bids for the construction of Sabzi Mandi Service Road parallel to G.T Road under Package-I in NA-118, Lahore, Punjab. This civil works project is estimated at PKR 45,688,363 with a total cost including 5% PST of PKR 47,972,781. The earnest money requirement is PKR 2,398,639 and the project completion time limit is 65 months. The scope of work includes excavation of unsuitable material, dismantling of concrete, formation and preparation of sub-grades, earthwork for embankments with mechanical compaction, sub-base course, rigid pavement construction using transit mixture, steel fabrication, joint filling, kerb stones, manhole raising, gully grating chambers, LED cobra-head luminaries installation, PVC insulated copper conductor cable supply and erection, street light pole brackets, and LED bulb provision.
Bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and possess valid licenses for construction work. The bid security amount is specified in the bid schedule documents. Eligible contractors should review all technical specifications and drawings referenced in the tender documents before submission. Prior experience in road construction and civil infrastructure projects is essential for qualification consideration.
Bid documents are available for download from the issuing authority office during working hours. Sealed bids must be submitted on or before the specified closing date. The bid opening ceremony will be conducted as per the tender schedule.
