Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Red Crescent Society invites Expression of Interest from experienced and reputable financial service providers including banks and digital or mobile financial service providers for the provision of cash transfer services to beneficiaries under humanitarian and development programmes across Pakistan. The scope of this procurement encompasses the delivery of efficient and reliable cash transfer mechanisms to support PRCS's humanitarian assistance and development initiatives nationwide, with services required to reach beneficiaries in various locations throughout the country.
Interested firms must demonstrate relevant experience in providing financial services, particularly in cash transfer operations. Applicants should be experienced and hold strong reputations in the financial services sector. The expression of interest process requires submission of documented evidence of capability and past performance in similar projects. Eligible service providers may include commercial banks, microfinance institutions, and digital or mobile money operators with established track records in Pakistan or the region.
Expression of Interest documents may be obtained by sending a written request on letterhead to procurement@prcs.org.pk or downloaded from the PRCS official website at www.prcs.org.pk. The submission deadline is 10-07-2026 at 1100 hours. Bid opening is scheduled for 10-07-2026 at 1530 hours.
