Description / Scope of Work
Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (REDAMCO), a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, invites Request for Proposals (RFPs) from experienced and capable consultancy firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. The procurement is for Planning, Feasibility Study & Transaction Advisory Services through the Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The consultancy services are divided into three parts: Part-I covers project technical planning, Part-II addresses project feasibility study, and Part-III encompasses transaction negotiation and financial closure. The RFP documents are available on E-Pads, PPRA website, and the REDAMCO website at www.redamco.com. Interested firms must be registered with relevant authorities and meet quality and tax compliance standards as per procurement regulations.
Eligible consultancy firms must submit both technical and financial proposals in accordance with the prescribed method and all regulatory requirements. The RFP documents carrying complete details will be available immediately after publication on E-Pads, PPRA website, and REDAMCO's official portal. Only firms conforming to the prescribed method shall be considered, and REDAMCO will not bear any cost or expense incurred by consultancy firms in connection with RFP preparation or delivery. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all RFPs as per Rule 33 of the PPR Rules amended to date.
Proposals must be delivered to the specified addresses and uploaded on E-Pads (Mandatory Requirement) on or before 16th July 2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of interested representatives.
