Description / Scope of Work
This tender notice invites sealed bids from authorized suppliers, agents and sole distributors for the purchase of electronic items and IT peripherals by a public sector organization in Sindh. Two separate tender lots are being offered under tender notice references L-36/25-26 and L-37/25-26, with a last date and time for submission of 14-07-2026 at 13:30 hours. The opening of bids will take place on the same day at 14:00 hours. The tender fee for each lot is Rs. 2000, and the procurement process will follow a single stage single envelope bidding methodology.
Bidders are required to be authorized agents, dealers or sole distributors with proper credentials and must submit their tender documents along with a scanned copy of PO/DO as part of the tender submission requirements. All bids must be accompanied by the applicable tender fee and supporting documentation as specified in the tender conditions. Tender documents will be delivered upon written request showing GST/NTN number along with a scanned copy of PO/DO. Sealed bids must reach the office of the undersigned by the deadline mentioned above. Bids will be opened on the same day at the specified time.
