Pakistan Railways invites sealed bids from renowned international firms, companies and joint ventures with proven experience in golf club and hospitality management for the lease of Royal Palm Golf & Country Club (RPGCC) in Lahore, Punjab. This is a premier investment opportunity in Asia's leading golf and country club facility, located at 52 Canal Bank in Lahore. The lease period is for 21 years with a further extension option of 14 years, representing a significant long-term commitment to golf club and hospitality operations management in one of Pakistan's most prestigious venues.
Bidders must demonstrate proven experience in golf club and hospitality management and meet all technical and financial eligibility criteria as outlined in the bidding documents. A bid security amounting to Pakistani Rupees 10 million (PKR 10 Million) is required from all prospective bidders, to be enclosed with the technical proposal in the format specified in the bidding documents. Interested parties must obtain the bidding documents from the Facilitation Office on cash payment of PKR 10,000 (non-refundable).

Sealed bids must be submitted at the Facilitation Office, Royal Palm Golf & Country Club, 52 Canal Bank, Lahore on or before 11 August 2026 at 14:30 hours PST. Technical proposals will be opened on the same date and time at 15:00 hours PST in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
