Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training (MFoE&PT), Government of Pakistan, invites sealed proposals from reputable firms, suppliers and organizations for the provision of meal services to students of schools in the Federal Territory of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The scope of work covers the supply and provision of approximately 50,000 to 70,000 meals per day to students of Formal, Non-formal and Special Education schools under MFoE&PT in ICT. Prospective bidders must be registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), possess GST and NTN Numbers, and hold a valid AGPR Vendor Number for supply and meal services provision. Only firms with similar experience in the public sector and demonstrated capacity to ensure proper Body Mass Index (BMI) camps for students are eligible to participate in this tender. Bidders must download the Instructions to Bidders (ITB) from the official website of the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training at https://www.mofept.gov.pk. All sealed proposals must be submitted on or before July 16, 2026 by 02:00 p.m., and will be opened on the same day at 02:30 p.m. Electronic proposals will not be entertained except those submitted through PPRA e-Procurement Portal EPADS. The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers under PPRA rules 2004 as amended from time to time.
