Description / Scope of Work
Printing Corporation of Pakistan, a government-owned corporation functioning under the Cabinet Division of the Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids from manufacturers and general order suppliers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for the procurement of pink and light green offset paper with local high finish, PS plates, CTP plates developer, laser jet toners, tracing paper, UV ink, HD staple machines and corrugated boxes. The tender is referenced as PCP1-14/2026-P&D and the procurement will be undertaken on an FOR basis with quantities and delivery schedules specified in the detailed tender bidding documents. The Corporation operates from its Head Office in Khyaban-e-Suhrawardy, Islamabad, Federal province.
Bidders must be manufacturers and general order suppliers with active Federal Board of Revenue registration including income tax and sales tax records. Bidders wishing to participate must submit at least two sample sheets of each offered papercard in sealed covers. A bid security is mandatory for participation and must be submitted alongside the bid or before the tender due date. The minimum bid security amounts are specified as Lot No. 1: Rs. 714,375, Lot No. 2: Rs. 76,401, and Lot No. 3: Rs. 21,960. Bidders may participate for the entire tendered quantities or for individual items or lots according to their choice and capacity, with rates quoted against all items in the lot.
Bid documents are available and all bids must be uploaded on PPRA EPADS on or before 09 July 2026 at 2.00 p.m., with hard copies reaching the undersigned by the same date and time. Bids will be opened on the same day at 2.30 p.m. at the Head Office of Manager (P&D), Printing Corporation of Pakistan. The bid validity period is 90 days. The Corporation reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all tenders in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
