Description / Scope of Work
The National Highway Authority (NHA), Northern Area's Region-Abbottabad, is inviting electronic bids for routine maintenance works on multiple national highways during the fiscal year 2026-27. The tender encompasses four separate contract packages: maintenance on National Highway N-35 (serial numbers 1-9), National Highway N-125 (serial numbers 10-15), National Highway N-15 (serial numbers 16-25), and CPEC-HT (E-35) route (serial numbers 26-27). These routine maintenance contracts cover various segments and sections across KPK province, with total engineer's estimates ranging from 9.84 million to 16.94 million rupees per contract, each with a 12-month completion period. The works are to be procured through the NHA e-Bidding System and are open to contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) holding appropriate specialization certificates CE-91 and CE-16 or higher qualifications.
Bidders must possess valid PEC registration and specialization in the relevant categories. Bid security is mandated for each contract package, ranging from 188,870 to 293,000 Pakistani rupees depending on the contract value and location. All bidders are required to submit their bids electronically via the NHA e-Bidding System. Registration on the PPRA (Public Procurement Regulatory Authority) portal at www.easyauctions.gov.pk is mandatory, and tender documents are available on the NHA website for download. Bidders must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria and technical requirements outlined in the detailed tender documents before submitting their proposals.
Technical bids will be opened on July 15, 2026 at 1130 hours as per the schedule mentioned in the tender notice.
