Description / Scope of Work
Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO), a prominent power utility in Punjab, invites bids for the supply of consumable stationery and printer supplies through single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure. The tender, referenced as Tender No.3313, encompasses utility bills forms in multiple sizes and configurations, imported paper of good quality, laser-jet toner cartridges, maintenance kits for printers, and ribbons for line printers. The procurement covers approximately 21,000 boxes of utility bills forms (OSU), 1,500 boxes of MDI forms, 500 reams of plain paper, 1,600 units of toner cartridges, 140 maintenance kits, 75 line printer ribbons, and 100 Prextrox printer ribbons. All items must be manufactured locally or imported as per FESCO's local content policy, with prices quoted in Pakistani rupees inclusive of all taxes and duties. The successful bidder will supply these items to FESCO's offices in Faisalabad and across the province.
Eligible bidders must be original equipment manufacturers (OEM) or authorized dealers holding valid manufacturer authorization letters (MAL) to participate in this tender. Bidders are required to submit a security instrument as bid security before the closing deadline. The tender is restricted to local manufacturers and authorized distributors meeting FESCO's eligibility criteria. All bids must comply with the conditions outlined in the tender document, and non-compliance may result in bid rejection.

Interested bidders must register on EPADS to download documents and submit electronic bids on or before 16 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day at FESCO's Old Thermal Plant in Faisalabad. A scanned copy of the security instrument must be uploaded before the submission deadline.
