Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Energy Efficiency & Conservation Agency (PEECA) under the Energy Department, Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids for printing of label stickers through the Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to date). The tender is open to prospective bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments or Punjab Revenue Authorities (PRA) possessing a valid NTN. Bid documents are available for download from the PEECA website at www.peeca.punjab.gov.pk and the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. The scope involves printing label stickers for the SAVE UP initiative. Bidders must submit bid security at 2% of the total estimated cost through the Punjab e-Procurement System; no physical financial instruments are accepted.
Eligibility requires bidders to be registered firms, companies or proprietors with valid NTN registration from competent tax authorities. Bidders must maintain proper registration status and comply with all financial submission requirements via the e-Procurement portal. The bid security must be deposited electronically as stipulated; failure to do so will render bids non-responsive.
