Description / Scope of Work
Shifa Foundation, a not-for-profit organization established in 1991 and sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd. Islamabad, invites sealed quotations for the provision of Community Theatre Event Management Services under the Integrated Services Delivery (ISD) Project in Karachi. The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for providing complete arrangements for community theatre awareness events including professional theatre performers in Sindhi, Urdu and Pashto languages, stage setup with sound system and lighting, generator and electrical arrangements, audience seating with canopies and carpets, photography and videography services, IEC material printing and branding, pledge wall and awareness campaign materials, catering and drinking water arrangements, registration desk setup, LCD screens and multimedia support, event branding with banners and balloon decorations, and transportation and logistical support. The quantities mentioned in the RFQ are for one event, though services may be required simultaneously at multiple locations during the project period.
Experienced, registered, and reputable firms, event management companies, theatre groups, and service providers are eligible to submit quotations. Detailed scope of services, technical specifications, and bid requirements are provided in the attached RFQ document and Concept Note. Prospective bidders must meet organizational registration and reputation criteria.
Sealedquotations must be submitted by 6th July 2026.
