Equipment Stores Depot Jhelum Cantt invites quotations for the purchase of miscellaneous items for use by Pakistan Army. The procurement encompasses a wide range of equipment and supplies including abrasive papers, adjustable wrenches, air compressors, flexible pipes, aluminium ladders, fire suits, meters, anchors, angle grinders, anvils, tools, ball bearings, ball valves, and various other industrial and mechanical items. The tender is open to all registered firms and those willing to register with Equipment Stores Depot Jhelum Cantt, DGDP, or DGP (Army). Quoted rates must be non-negotiable, inclusive of all taxes, and valid until 31 December 2026. Tender documents can be obtained from the LP Branch of Equipment Stores Depot Jhelum Cantt.
All participating firms must be registered or seek registration with the relevant authorities. Firms are required to provide item samples (non-returnable) along with their quotations. Original inspection reports for the samples must be carried out by Army Stores Inspection Depot Lahore or Inspectorate of Army Stores and Clothing Karachi, otherwise quotations will be rejected. A non-refundable tender security of Rs. 7000 (Rupees Seven Thousand Only) in the form of a crossed cheque in the name of COO ESD Jhelum must accompany tender documents.
The last date for submission of tenders is 1030 hours on 14 July 2026. Tenders will be opened at 1100 hours on the same date in the Local Purchase Officer Office. The Chief Ordnance Officer Equipment Stores Depot Jhelum Cantt reserves the right to reject any tender inquiry or quoted rates at any stage if they are considered contrary to the spirit of tender competition, are incomplete, contain low quality samples, or do not meet required army specifications.
