Description / Scope of Work
Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites sealed bids for the procurement of supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of a waste treatment system (Package No. 21) on DAP basis for the establishment of the Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II at G-11/3, Islamabad. This is a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure governed under the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The tender reference number is HCP/FGPC(PGMI)-II/ME-22062026-1/P21, dated 22nd June 2026, and the project is located in Islamabad within Punjab province.
All interested applicants must register on EPADS (Electronic Procurement System) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) to be eligible for participation. A scanned copy of the original bid security must be attached with the Technical Bid on EPADS, while the original bid security document shall be submitted in the office of the General Manager (Healthcare Projects-II), IDAP on or before the bid submission date and time. Failure to submit the original bid security will result in rejection of the bid. All lots and all items of lots must be quoted by the bidding firm; any firm not quoting all lots and all items will stand disqualified. Evaluation will be carried out on the basis of the whole package including all items of all lots.
Completed bids comprising Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted on EPADS at or before 16:00 HRS PST on 15th July 2026. Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 16:30 HRS PST in the Committee Room, Ground Floor, IDAP, 50-B-3 Gulberg III, Lahore, in the presence of bidder representatives who choose to attend.
