Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites sealed bids for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of local medical furniture (Package No. 16, Lot-B) on DDP basis for the establishment of the Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II at G-11/3, Islamabad. This is a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure conducted through the Electronic Procurement and Auction System (EPADS) of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority. The project scope includes the complete supply and installation of medical furniture items at the polyclinic facility in Islamabad, with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms applying to all supplies.
All interested bidders must be registered on EPADS at punjab.eprocure.gov.pk to be eligible for participation. Firms must submit a scanned copy of their original bid security with the technical bid on EPADS, with the physical original bid security to be presented at the office of the General Manager (Healthcare Projects-II), IDAP on or before the bid submission deadline. Bidders must quote all lots and all items within the lots; failure to do so will result in automatic disqualification. The evaluation will be conducted on the basis of the whole package including all items across all lots.
Completed bids comprising technical and financial proposals must be submitted on EPADS on or before 15:00 HRS PST on 15th July 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 15:30 HRS PST in the Committee Room, Ground Floor, IDAP, 50-B-3 Gulberg III, Lahore, in the presence of bidder representatives. The bidding process is governed by the Public Procurement Rules 2004 as amended.
