Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of general medical equipment (Package No. 17, Lot-A) on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for the establishment of the Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II at G-11/3, Islamabad. This procurement is announced under tender reference HCP/FGPC(PGMI)-II/ME-260622-1/P17A dated 22nd June 2026. The project aims to equip the new polyclinic facility with comprehensive medical equipment to support healthcare delivery in Islamabad. All lots and all items within each lot must be quoted by participating firms; any bidder failing to quote the complete package will be disqualified, and evaluation will be conducted on the basis of the whole package including all items of all lots.
Bidders must register on the EPADS (Electronic Procurement and Auction System) portal of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) to be eligible for participation. Scanned copies of original bid security must be attached with the technical bid submitted on EPADS, while original bid security documents must be submitted physically to the office of the General Manager (Healthcare Projects-II) at IDAP on or before the bid submission deadline; failure to comply will result in bid rejection. The bidding process will be governed under the Public Procurement Rules 2004, as amended, and follows a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure.
Completed bids comprising both technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically on EPADS at or before 15:30 HRS PST on 15th July 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 16:00 HRS PST in the Committee Room at Ground Floor, IDAP, 50-B3 Gulberg III, Lahore, in the presence of bidder representatives. Electronic bid documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available for registered bidders on EPADS at punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the Federal PPRA website at http://ppra.org.pk.
