Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites sealed electronic bids from eligible contractors for the procurement of imported Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) totalling 2500 metric tonnes for the month of July 2026, specifically for delivery between 15th and 23rd July 2026. The tender is referenced as GF-19761-JA and will be conducted through the SAP Ariba Portal exclusively. This procurement is open to bidders across Sindh province with adequate past relevant experience and demonstrated financial capabilities to fulfil the contract requirements.
Eligible contractors must possess valid NTN and GST/PST certificates, along with a valid CNIC of the owner or authorized representative. Vendors are required to be active taxpayers to participate in this tender. Bidders who do not already have a SAP Ariba Network ID are instructed to register themselves on the SAP Ariba Portal by accessing the dedicated registration link. All bid submissions must comply with the Single Stage - One Envelope bidding procedure as specified by PSO.
Tender documents may be collected through the SAP Ariba Portal from 29th June 2026 until 15th July 2026 between 08:30 AM and 02:15 PM. Sealed bids must be submitted by 15th July 2026 at 02:15 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 03:00 PM onwards through the SAP Ariba Portal. Interested parties should submit their tender document collection requests with a scanned copy of the signed and stamped request letter on official letterhead, clearly mentioning the tender number.
