Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply of 5 horsepower air compressors intended for use at PSO AutoCare retail outlets and central stores. The procurement, referenced as RC-19756YP with SAP number 6100017169, covers the supply of 100 units of air compressors to be delivered to PSO Central Stores at Keamari Terminal (KT-B) in Sindh province. Each compressor unit must comply with detailed electrical and mechanical specifications including three-phase 380-400V, 50Hz power supply with 3.7-4.1 kW input capacity, two-cylinder horizontal configuration with 600-650 liters per minute free air delivery at 140-180 psi working pressure, and horizontal shaft wheel-mounted design with 0.2-0.3 cubic meters air receiver capacity.
Qualified suppliers must be capable of manufacturing or supplying equipment meeting international standards with proper certification. Bidders are required to submit duly signed and stamped technical compliance documentation demonstrating clause-by-clause conformity with PSO specifications, supported by complete technical literature and brochures. The supplier must provide eighteen months free warranty covering maintenance, repair, and parts replacement from the date of equipment supply at PSO stores, with guaranteed fault rectification within 24 hours of reporting or provision of temporary replacement units to maintain operational continuity. All equipment must undergo hydro testing at 1.5 times rated pressure and be inspected by PSO-nominated third-party inspectors at manufacturer premises following MIL-STD-105E standards before shipment.
Quotations must be submitted by 14 July 2026 to PSO House, Khayaban-e-Iqbal, Clifton, Karachi-75600, Pakistan. Each compressor must be permanently marked with assigned Fixed Asset Numbers (FXA) in the format PSO FXA #, along with complete operation and maintenance diagrams. Equipment acceptance is conditional upon factory inspection certification and final inspection by PSO departments upon delivery at Keamari Central Store, with PSO reserving the right to adjust quantities by plus or minus fifteen percent after tender issuance upon prior notice.
