Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd, Karachi, is inviting sealed bids for the supply of white offset paper in the size of 23 inches by 36 inches with a weight of 100 GSM. This is a single stage one envelope procurement procedure under reference LP/T-4176/26/AA. The bidding documents are available from the Purchase Department located at Jinnah Avenue, Malir Halt, Karachi, Pakistan. Bidders are required to provide clear details and specifications of the material to be supplied, and make or brand names mentioned in the tender document should be read in conjunction with the word equivalent. Bidders may submit a maximum of two options with separate prices for each option. A mandatory sample of the offered paper must be provided with the bid submission, failing which the bid will be rejected outright.
Bidders must be eligible suppliers with the capacity to provide quality white offset paper meeting the specified dimensions and weight standards. All bidders are required to submit earnest money as bid security. Bids must be signed and stamped on all pages with complete and accurate information duly filled by the bidder. Non-compliance with any of the specified conditions will result in automatic rejection of the bid at the opening stage. Interested suppliers should review the complete bidding documents including technical specifications, general conditions of contract, special conditions of contract, and standard forms before preparing their submission.

The earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after five days of posting the final evaluation report on EPADS and PPRA platforms.
