Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites bids through EPADS for the supply of crossing material. The tender enquiry number is FCS/RWT/TE/010/2026, issued on 30 June 2026 with a closing date of 16 July 2026. The procurement is for crossing material required by SNGPL, with delivery to be arranged as per the schedule of requirements specified in Appendix B. The tender location is based at SNGPL Tarnol Camp, House No 79, Street No 5, Block B Faisal Town F18, Kohat Road, District Rawalpindi in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must submit their firm and irrevocable offers in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies and sales tax at the rate of 18 percent unless otherwise specified.
Eligible bidders must provide proof of business registration including NIC for proprietors, partnership deeds for partnerships, or articles of association for companies. A valid GST number with certificate and National Tax Number with certificate are mandatory requirements. Professional tax clearance certificate must be valid at the time of bidding. Bidders are required to submit a bid bond in original hard copy before the closing time of 1500 hours on 16 July 2026. The bid bond specimen format is provided in Appendix E. Bids must conform to technical specifications outlined in Appendix C and general terms in Appendix A. Bidders must also complete the questionnaire and commercial sheet in Appendix I and submit the certificate of full disclosure and non-collusion as per Appendix J.
Bid documents can be obtained through the EPADS portal. The tender closing and opening time is 1500 hours and 1530 hours respectively on 16 July 2026 at the SNGPL office in Rawalpindi. Bids will be opened publicly on the same day, and bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the opening. The bid validity period is 60 days from the closing date. Payment for successful orders will be made within 30 days of goods receipt, subject to approval.
