Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites sealed bids through the EPADS (Electronic Procurement and Auction Dispersion System) portal for the supply of MIC hardware material on a direct charge basis. This tender enquiry reference FCS/RWT/TE/012/2026 is issued by the procurement department of SNGPL, with the tender office located in Tarnol Camp at House No 79, Street No 5, Block B, Faisal Town, F18, Kohat Road, District Rawalpindi, Rawalpindi, KPK. The tender documents comprise general terms and conditions, schedule of requirements with delivery specifications, technical specifications, price term sheet, bid bond specimens, performance/warranty bond requirements, authority letter formats, questionnaire/commercial sheet, certificate of full disclosure and non-collusion, and blacklisting procedures. Bidders must submit their firm and irrevocable offers in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, levies, and sales tax at the rate of 18% unless otherwise explicitly indicated with supporting documentation.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to provide proof of business establishment, GST registration certificate, National Tax Number certificate, and valid professional tax clearance certificate. For proprietors, a copy of the National Identity Card must be submitted; partnerships require a partnership deed; and companies must furnish articles of association. Bidders must submit an original bid bond in hard copy form before the closing time of 1500 hours on or before the closing date at the SNGPL office address mentioned above. The bid validity period is 60 days from the tender closing date, and all bids must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS electronic portal. Technical bids must fully conform to the specified standards and technical specifications, with any deviations clearly stated and supported by complete literature. The company reserves the right to reject any bid not meeting specifications, to increase or decrease quantities by up to 15 percent, and to conduct third-party inspections at its own expense.
Bid documents are available for download from the EPADS portal, and bidders may obtain clarification by referencing the tender enquiry number. Public opening of bids will occur at 1530 hours on the same day as the closing date (18 July 2026), or the next working day if a public holiday intervenes, at the SNGPL office in Rawalpindi. Only one authorized representative per bidder is permitted to attend the opening ceremony, provided they submit an authority letter as per the prescribed format. Upon successful bid award, payment shall be made within 30 days of goods receipt, except for items received subject to approval, in which case the 30-day period commences from the date of approval. SNGPL as withholding agent shall deduct 1 percent of total sales tax from the invoice as per the Sales Tax Special Procedure (Withholding) Rules 2007.
