Description / Scope of Work
The Chief Executive Officer (DHA) Bahawalnagar, under the Health & Population Department of the Government of Punjab, invites e-bids for a framework contract to supply general store items, insecticide items, stationery and printing items, and linen items for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated cost of procurement is PKR 2.95 million. This is a single-stage, two-envelope bidding process governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. The contract is on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis with warranty requirements specified for particular items. Technical and financial bids will be opened on 27 August 2026 at 11:30 AM at CEO DHA Bahawalnagar. Bid validity is 120 days from the date of opening.
