Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed competitive bids through the Electronic Procurement and Dispatch System (EPADS) for the supply of bricks. The tender enquiry reference number is FCS/RWT/TE/011/2026, issued on 30 June 2026 with a closing date of 18 July 2026 at 15:00 hours. The procurement is for delivery to SNGPL's Tarnol Camp facility located in Rawalpindi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province. Bidders must submit their offers in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies, and sales tax (GST rate of 18% unless otherwise specified), with prices quoted on the prescribed Price Sheet (Appendix D) duly signed and stamped by an authorized representative.
Bidders must meet specific eligibility criteria including submission of valid GST registration and National Tax Number certificates, professional tax clearance certificates, and proof of business establishment. A bid bond in original form must be submitted in hard copy at the SNGPL office located at House No 79, Street No 5, Block B Faisal Town F18, Kohat Road, District Rawalpindi, before the closing time of 15:00 hours on 18 July 2026. The bid bond must be submitted directly by the bidder or authorized agent; SNGPL assumes no responsibility for collection from intermediaries. Only one authorized representative per bidder is permitted to attend the public bid opening, and an authority letter in the prescribed format (Appendix G) must be provided at the opening ceremony.
Bidders must obtain complete tender documents comprising general terms, schedule of requirements, technical specifications, price term sheet, bid bond specimen, performance bond specimen, questionnaire, and various certificates and disclosure forms. All bids must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS portal. Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 15:30 hours at the address mentioned above. The bid offer must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date. Payment will be made within 30 days of goods receipt, subject to SNGPL's withholding of 1% of total sales tax as per applicable regulations.
