State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites technical and financial bids for the procurement of laptops for its principal office in Karachi and all offices across Pakistan. This single-stage two-envelope tender is open to well-recognized IT firms that are authorized distributors or partners dealing in laptop sales and support services. The procurement encompasses laptops with specified configurations and quantities to support operations across the corporation's nationwide office network. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and maintain their own offices with verifiable telephone numbers, otherwise their tenders will be rejected outright.
Eligible bidders must be registered with PPRA (Public Procurement Regulatory Authority) for e-procurement on the E-PADS system. A bid security of Rs. 500,000 is required from each bidder. The bid validity period is 90 days from the date of bid opening. Only firms meeting these stringent qualification criteria and maintaining compliance with PPRA Rules will be considered for evaluation. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by 20 July 2026 at 11:00 AM in PDF format containing both technical and financial components in a single envelope.
