Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites sealed competitive bids for the supply of 1400 bags of Cement Sulphate Resistant (SRC) under tender reference SSGC/LP/EPADS/NR/2166205. The procurement is for delivery within 30 to 45 days after purchase order confirmation at the Khadej Stores location in Sindh province. This is a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure with an estimated bid bond amount to be determined as per tender specifications. The tender document is available on the SSGC website and the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal for interested suppliers.
Eligible bidders must ensure participation through EPADS registration and submit bids in accordance with all tender requirements. A fixed bid security (2% of bid amount or minimum as specified for bids valuing Rs.500,000 or less) must be submitted along with the physical bid bond to the Tender Room before bid closure, with scanned copies uploaded to EPADS. All bidders are required to quote on the provided bid form with rates inclusive of all duties, taxes, and discounts except General Sales Tax (GST), which will be applied as per applicable law. Technical literature, if any, must be original and duly signed and stamped. Samples of at least 85 kg must be submitted at the Material Control (P&C) section for approval and matching at the time of delivery.
Bid submission is mandatory via EPADS before the closing deadline of 21 July 2026 at 11:00 hours; bids received after this time will be rejected. The bid opening will take place on 29 June 2026 at 13:35 hours. All offers remain valid for 120 days from the bid opening date. Interested bidders must ensure proper signature, stamping, and submission of all required documents including warranty undertakings, performance guarantees, and declaration/integrity pacts as applicable.
