Description / Scope of Work
SBP Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC), through its General Services Department Procurement Division I (IT), invites sealed electronic bids for the supply of high-performance laptops designed specifically for mobile application development and testing. This procurement (Reference: GSD (PROC-I)/ 425315 / Supply / Laptops – App Dev. /2026) is being conducted under single stage two envelope bidding procedure. The equipment will be delivered in Karachi, Sindh province. Interested bidders are required to review the complete bidding documents which include technical specifications, schedule of requirements, and all contractual conditions.
Bidders must meet all eligibility criteria as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders (ITB) and Bid Data Sheet (BDS). Interested suppliers from eligible countries may participate in this procurement. Bid security in the prescribed form must accompany technical and financial proposals as per the bidding documents. All bids must be submitted electronically in accordance with the two envelope procedure specified in the bidding documents.
