Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites bids for hiring of rental premises to establish a sub-zonal office in Miro KH, Sindh province. The premises must comprise at least two to three rooms with additional room and storage space available, with a total area measuring between 1500 to 5000 square feet. The property must be equipped with sufficient parking area to accommodate official vehicles and staff. This tender enquiry reference number SSGC/SC/PT/EPADS/14271 is issued to secure suitable commercial or residential space that can serve as an operational hub for the company's sub-zonal office activities in the Miro KH locality.
Bidders must ensure participation through the EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) portal and download tender documents from the SSGC website or EPADS platform. A physical bid bond must be submitted to the Tender Room at SSGC Head Office before bid submission, with a scanned copy uploaded on EPADS. All documents including signatures, stamps, and Form-X must be complete and properly executed. Bid validity and other terms and conditions shall remain as specified in the tender document, with tender fees of Rs. 0 (free of cost).
Bid submission must occur on EPADS before the extended deadline of 27 July 2026 at 10:00 hours.
