Description / Scope of Work
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC), Pakistan's leading integrated gas company engaged in transmission and distribution of natural gas, invites bids for hiring of rental premises for a sub zonal office in Bhan Saeedabad, Hyderabad Region, Sindh Province. The required premises must comprise at least two to three rooms with additional room or storage space as an added advantage, admeasuring an area of 1500 to 5000 square feet. The premises must have sufficient parking area and be legally cleared with valid title and ownership documents. This procurement is conducted under Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. The tender reference is SSGC/SC/PT/EPADS/14334, with an extended bid submission and opening deadline of 27 July 2026 at 12:00 hours.
Interested parties must be active in the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bidders are required to submit a fixed bid bond amounting to Rs. 20,000 (Twenty Thousand Rupees only) in the form of a pay order or demand draft in favor of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited. All bid documents must be properly signed and stamped, and submissions must be made electronically via EPADS before the specified deadline. Non-availability or incomplete submission of required documents will result in bid rejection at or after bid opening.
Tender documents are available on the SSGC website and the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) platform. Bidders must download the tender document from EPADS, fill the Bill of Quantities and Bid Form correctly, and submit the bid electronically on EPADS along with a scanned copy of the physical bid bond to the Tender Room at SSGC House, Sir Shah Suleman Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
