Description / Scope of Work
Gilgit-Baltistan Rural Support Programme, a not-for-profit government entity established in 2012, invites sealed proposals from experienced and registered workshops based in Gilgit for the repair and maintenance of official vehicles during the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and seeks qualified service providers capable of handling comprehensive vehicle maintenance and repair services. The selected workshop will be responsible for servicing GBRSP's official fleet throughout the year in Gilgit, Gilgit-Baltistan province.
Bidders must be experienced, registered workshops that meet all criteria specified in the detailed bidding documents. These documents outline bid security requirements, bid validity periods, performance guarantee terms, and other mandatory conditions for participation. Interested bidders are required to purchase the bidding documents from GBRSP Head Office, Near Forest Complex, Jutial, Gilgit, at a cost of Rs 2000 as per Rule 23(5) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004. All documentation must clearly demonstrate the workshop's technical capabilities, licensing, and prior experience in vehicle maintenance.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, procurement methodology, evaluation criteria, and bid submission procedures are available from the GBRSP Head Office. Sealed proposals must be submitted on or before July 16, 2026 at 02:00 PM at GBRSP Head Office, Near Forest Complex, Jutial, Gilgit. Bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM.
