Description / Scope of Work
Sir C.J Institute of Psychiatry & Behavioral Science Hyderabad invites electronic bids through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) for the supply of dietary items for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is issued under Rule-46(1) Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure of the Sindh Procurement Rules. The estimated total procurement value is PKR 78,023,000 for dietary items to be supplied across all four quarters of the financial year. The procurement is to be carried out on a non-ADP basis with funds allocated from the institute's regular budget. Bidders must be registered on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue or Sindh Revenue Board, whichever is applicable, and must be suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers, or authorized distributors.
Bidders are required to register themselves on the EPADS system at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration for submission of electronic bids. The tender fee for this procurement is PKR 2,000 and bid security of 3 percent of the estimated bid value must be submitted. Only electronic bids submitted through EPADS will be accepted; manual bids shall not be received. The original instrument of tender fee and bid security must reach the procuring agency before the deadline for submission of e-bids.
Electronic bids must be submitted on EPADS from 08 July 2026 to 22 July 2026 before 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM at the Committee Room of Sir C.J Institute of Psychiatry & Behavioral Science Hyderabad.
